Our refund policy covers all educational programmes, workshops, and digital resources purchased through our platform. We've designed this policy to be fair to both our students and our organisation, ensuring that everyone understands their rights and responsibilities when it comes to refunds.

Important Notice: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframes outlined below. Verbal requests or requests made through social media channels will not be processed.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are available under specific circumstances. For online courses and digital materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. For live workshops and seminars, refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.

We also offer refunds in cases where technical issues prevent access to purchased content for more than 72 hours, provided our technical support team has been contacted and unable to resolve the issue. Medical emergencies or significant life changes that prevent participation may also qualify for consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Full refund available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. After this period, transfer to future sessions may be available.

Certification Programmes

21-day window

Extended refund period for comprehensive programmes, with pro-rated refunds available based on completion percentage.

Special Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected situations can arise. Medical emergencies, job loss, or family circumstances that significantly impact your ability to participate in our programmes will be considered for refund outside of standard timelines. Documentation may be required to support such requests.

For students experiencing financial hardship, we also offer payment plans and deferrals as alternatives to refunds. Our goal is to make financial education accessible whilst maintaining the sustainability of our programmes. Note: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts for security reasons. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
